My bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management marked the beginning of my professional journey in hospitality.

That foundation led me to work in hospitality companies across Spain, Malta and Dubai, including managing restaurant operations.

Through that experience, I recognized a significant gap in the industry: many mystery shoppers lack true hospitality expertise, which often results in superficial evaluations and extensive reports filled with observations, yet without structured performance tracking or clear direction on what is truly working and what requires urgent improvement.

That's why I founded Emmeye Consulting.
